Terms of service

Bookings are confirmed when a signed agreement is returned and the 50% retainer is received. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. Final cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the retainer; cancellations outside 30 days receive a 50% refund of the retainer. Force-majeure events (acts of God, government restrictions, venue closures) are handled case-by-case and may result in a date transfer at no additional cost.

Performance & gear

{{ DJ_NAME }} provides professional DJ and MC services as scoped in the agreement. Backup gear is included on every event. Power, level surface for the booth, and clean dedicated AC circuit must be provided by the venue or client.

Use of media

Event recordings and photography (when permitted by the venue/client) may be used in {{ DJ_NAME }}'s portfolio, social channels, and press materials. Clients may opt out in writing before the event.
